Shipping policy

Items are individually made. Most items ship within 3 days of order receipt.  Larger orders may require up to 7 days. In the event processing time will be longer, you will be notified by email.  All orders are shipped using USPS or UPS services.  Fragile items cannot be shipped using flat rate shipping. Actual shipping times are determined by the shipping carrier.

All precautions are taken to ensure products are delivered without damage.  In the event a product is damaged during shipping please notify me immediately for refund or replacement and so that a claim can be made against the carrier.
